These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Duru Goods online store (the “Store”) and purchases made through it. By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated below.
1. About Duru Goods
Duru Goods is a brand operated by LEVERPOINT, a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Korea.

2. Store and Delivery Area
The Store is intended for customers located in the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states) and Washington, D.C. We currently accept orders only for delivery to eligible addresses within that area. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or locations outside the United States.
3. Product Information
We aim to describe and display products accurately. Product colors and appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, screen settings, manufacturing tolerances, or later supplier changes that do not materially alter the product.
Dimensions, weights, materials, included components, and other specifications are stated only when supported by supplier documentation or reasonable verification. Any value expressly identified as approximate is an estimate. If a material product detail changes before fulfillment, we may contact you, offer an appropriate alternative where permitted, or cancel and refund the affected order.
4. Orders and Acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not by itself mean that the order has been accepted. We may accept or decline an order after reviewing product availability, payment authorization, shipping eligibility, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, and other legitimate fulfillment concerns.
If we decline or cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will issue the required refund to the original payment method.
5. Prices, Taxes, and Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and charges, if any, are shown at checkout before payment. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply to the payment process.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship only to eligible addresses in the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states) and Washington, D.C. Order-processing and estimated transit times are stated in our Shipping Policy.
Orders may be fulfilled and shipped by a third-party supplier from a different U.S. location. Duru Goods and LEVERPOINT remain the seller and customer-service contact for your order.
If we cannot ship within the time stated in the Shipping Policy or otherwise promised for your order, we will notify you and provide the delay, cancellation, consent, and refund options required by applicable law. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Risk of loss transfers only as provided by applicable law.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. For order cancellations and shipping delays, see Sections 4 and 6 above. Nothing in these Terms limits any return, refund, warranty, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
8. Safe and Proper Use
This product is not a toy. Keep children away during assembly and use.
Read and follow all instructions, labels, warnings, and included materials before use. Inspect the product before each use and stop using it if any part appears damaged, loose, unstable, incomplete, or materially different from its intended condition. Use the product only on a stable surface and only in a manner that feels safe and comfortable.
9. Website Use
You may use the Store only for lawful personal shopping purposes. You must not interfere with the Store’s operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content through automated means without permission, or use the Store for fraud or other unlawful activity.
10. Intellectual Property
The Store and its original text, graphics, layout, branding, and other content are owned by or licensed to Duru Goods or LEVERPOINT and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit that content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
11. Reviews and User-Submitted Content
If you voluntarily submit a review, image, video, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe another person’s rights.
You grant Duru Goods and LEVERPOINT a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, and use the content on the Store and in our organic marketing. We will seek separate express permission before using an identifiable customer’s photo or video in paid advertising.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
The Store may rely on third-party services for hosting, payment processing, analytics, fulfillment, delivery, or other functions. Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for independent third-party content or practices, but this section does not limit any responsibility that Duru Goods or LEVERPOINT cannot lawfully exclude as the seller.
13. Availability and Changes
We may change or discontinue products, prices, features, or Store content at any time, subject to accepted orders and applicable law. We may correct typographical, pricing, or listing errors. If a correction materially affects an accepted order, we will contact you and provide any choice or remedy required by applicable law.
14. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Store is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that the Store will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from every harmful component.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any express product warranty, statutory warranty, refund obligation, or consumer-protection right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
15. Limitation of Liability
SUBJECT TO THE EXCEPTIONS BELOW, OUR (DURU GOODS' AND LEVERPOINT'S) AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO A PARTICULAR ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THAT ORDER.
THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY TO FRAUD, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, GROSS NEGLIGENCE WHERE LIABILITY MAY NOT BE LIMITED, PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH CAUSED BY LEGALLY ACTIONABLE CONDUCT, PRODUCT-LIABILITY CLAIMS, BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS PRODUCT WARRANTY, OR ANY REFUND, STATUTORY, OR CONSUMER-PROTECTION RIGHT THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED OR WAIVED.
16. Governing Law and Courts
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except that this choice does not deprive a consumer of any mandatory protection under the law applicable to that consumer.
Disputes may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in the Republic of Korea. Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from bringing a claim in any court or forum permitted by non-waivable applicable law.
17. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Store when reasonably necessary to address fraud, misuse, security threats, legal requirements, or material violations of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Changes apply prospectively when posted, unless applicable law requires additional notice or consent.

21. Policies Incorporated into These Terms
Our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy are incorporated into and form part of these Terms. If a specific policy and these Terms address the same subject, the more specific policy controls to the extent of any inconsistency, subject to applicable law.
